LS3C5000

Loongson 3C5000 is a general-purpose processor for servers. The chip integrates 16 high-performance LA464 cores and utilizes LoongArch, a proprietary ISA of Loongson. It features an optimized packaging form while maintaining system and application software compatibility with the Loongson 3C5000L motherboard.

LS3C5000L

Loongson 3C5000L is a general-purpose processor developed by Loongson Technology specifically for servers. Based on the Loongson 3A5000 processor, the chip integrates 16 high-performance LA464 cores and utilizes LoongArch, a proprietary ISA of Loongson. It features a higher integration level while keeping its system and software fully compatible with the Loongson 3A5000.

LS3D5000

Loongson 3D5000 is a 32-core CPU for servers, which is packaged together by two 3C5000 silicon dies. The Loongson 3D5000 comes with 32 LA464 cores and 64MB of on-chip shared cache and supports eight-channel DDR4-3200 memory. It has five high-speed HyperTransport interfaces to connect I/O expansion bridge chips, making it possible to build a single/dual/quad-socket server system with up to 128 cores. The chip also integrates a trusted platform module (TPM). The Loongson 3D5000, measuring 75.4×58.5×6.5 mm, is packaged in a LGA-4129 socket. Its cores can run at 2.0GHz and above, with a typical power consumption of 160W and a TDP of no more than 300W. The measured scores of SPEC CPU2006 Base for single and dual-socket servers exceed 400 and 800 points, respectively, while quad-socket servers can reach a score of 1,600 points.

LS2K2000

Loongson 2K2000 is a general-purpose SoC that integrates two LA364 processor cores. It has a shared L2 cache of 2MB and a typical operating frequency of 1.4GHz. The scores of SPEC CPU2006 Base for single-core integer and floating points are 9/GHz and 9.9/GHz, respectively. This chip integrates a 3D GPU core independently developed by Loongson and a wide array of interfaces, including a trusted platform module (TPM), CAN, and other special interfaces. With a power consumption of 9W and 4W in high-performance and balanced modes, respectively, the Loongson 2K2000 enjoys a wide range of applications.

LS7A2000

Loongson 7A2000 is the second-generation discrete graphics chipset for the Loongson 3 processor family, targeted at the server and personal computer markets. The Loongson 7A2000 has been optimized and upgraded on the basis of its predecessor 7A1000. Specifically, its PCIe, USB, and SATA interfaces have all been upgraded to 3.0. Its display interfaces have included two HDMI ports and one VGA port, allowing direct connection to monitors. Additionally, its integrated network PHY port enables direct network output. Furthermore, the chipset has integrated a self-developed GPU for the first time, using a unified rendering architecture. It is also equipped with a 32-bit DDR4 video memory interface that has a maximum capacity of 16GB.

LS7A1000

Loongson 7A1000 is a chipset for the Loongson 3 processor family, targeted at the server and personal computer markets. This chipset integrates one HT 3.0 interface for connecting to the Loongson 3 series processors. It also has various peripheral interfaces, including three x8 PCIe 2.0, two x4 PCIe 2.0, three SATA 2.0, six USB 2.0, two DVO, and other small interfaces to meet some of the application requirements of servers and personal computers and to accommodate their expansion applications.
